Fulfillment Policy

This policy outlines the terms related to the delivery of services, refunds, and cancellations for Privado Advisors LLC. We are committed to providing clear and fair terms for all our clients.

Service Delivery

Our professional services, including but not limited to tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, and business advisory, are delivered as outlined in your signed engagement letter. This letter specifies the scope of work, timeline, and deliverables. Most deliverables, such as financial reports, tax returns, and consultation summaries, will be provided to you electronically via secure email or a client portal.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, payments for work already completed are non-refundable. We invest significant time and professional expertise into the services we provide, and compensation is tied directly to the work performed.

For services that are prepaid but have not yet commenced, you may request a refund. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to robert@privadoadvisors.com. Please note that a processing fee may be deducted from the refund amount. We will not issue refunds for any portion of a service that has already been initiated or completed.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel ongoing or retainer-based services, such as monthly bookkeeping or payroll, by providing at least thirty (30) days' written notice. Services will continue to be provided, and fees will be due, during this 30-day notice period. For one-time projects, the terms of cancellation will be specified in your individual engagement letter. If a project is canceled by the client after work has begun, you will be billed for all work completed up to the date of cancellation.
